We are seeking a highly skilled Redcare Technical Helpdesk Technician to join our team at Experis UK. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the in-life service experience for customers, from order entry to operational service delivery.
  • Monitor network performance 24/7 and resolve issues causing outages or failure to meet critical KPI targets.
  • Oversee all customer experience metrics and implement effective management practices.
