Job Title: Sales Ledger

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger professional to join our team at We Talk Talent. As a Sales Ledger, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing daily account reconciliations, and ensuring all invoices and credit notes are raised on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Ensure all invoices and credit notes are raised on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Produce customer account overdue status reports to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Send statements to customers and respond to any queries or concerns.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Sage or other accounting software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
