Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Placement Specialist to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As an Insurance Placement Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to increase partner insurer penetration, growing income through partner placement, and expanding Gross Written Premium (GWP) with existing partner insurers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development Managers and members to identify new individual cases, support the placement of business with strategic partner insurers, and develop strong relationships with our team, insurers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and members to identify new business opportunities
  • Support the placement of business with strategic partner insurers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our team, insurers, and partners
  • Understand member briefs and create presentations to insurers and underwriters

Requirements:

  • Experience in an insurance role is essential
  • Experience in a commercial insurance role is highly advantageous
  • A basic understanding of the relationship between underwriters, brokers, and insurers is highly advantageous
  • CII qualified or a willingness to study is highly advantageous
