We are seeking an experienced and dedicated midwife to lead our Maternity Telephone Triage team at Worthing Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice to pregnant and postnatal women, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Maternity Telephone Triage team and provide clinical supervision
  • Develop and implement specialized programs of care for women calling into Maternity Telephone Triage
  • Work closely with other health professionals to ensure individual packages of care are created to maximize best practice
  • Take overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Maternity Telephone Triage department at Worthing Hospital

Requirements
  • Experienced Registered Midwife
  • Mentorship or equivalent

  • Previous experience of telephone triage and assessment in maternity
