About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Midwife to lead our Maternity Telephone Triage team at Worthing Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and guidance to pregnant and postnatal women under our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Maternity Telephone Triage team and provide clinical supervision
  • Develop and implement specialized programs of care for women calling into Maternity Telephone Triage
  • Work closely with other health professionals to ensure individual packages of care are created to maximize best practice
  • Take overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Maternity Telephone Triage department
Person Specification
  • Experienced Registered Midwife with mentorship or equivalent
  • Evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to use a range of IT systems
  • Previous experience of telephone triage and assessment in maternity is desirable
