Theatre Operations Manager

As a Theatre Operations Manager - Anaesthetics at Medilells, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our theatres, ensuring that all theatre sessions are conducted safely and effectively.
You will work closely with surgical teams, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and plan theatre schedules, allocate resources, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- To manage and coordinate theatre schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal delays.
- To oversee the allocation and maintenance of theatre equipment, supplies, and materials.
- To monitor and report on theatre performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Degree in Nursing or relevant field (e.g., theatre technician, anaesthetics assistant).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in hospital settings, preferably in theatre operations or anaesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of anaesthetics principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
