PIM Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled PIM Engineer to join our team at Abcam.

The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of scientific data attributes and their behavior within the PIM data model and across the wider product data ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include leading and delivering technical and coding changes to the PIM application, driving continuous improvement, and understanding the impact of functional changes in PIM on related product platforms and integrations.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience working in collaboration with offshore support teams, product data architects, and digital architecture and technology teams to influence design and architectural improvements.

The successful candidate will also possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct manner.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or First degree in Sciences, Business, Computing, or Humanities, with a strong preference for a Science-based qualification.
