Job Summary: Teaching Personnel is seeking a Maths Educator and Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To deliver high-quality Maths lessons to 11-16 year olds
  • To assess and track student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • To support students in preparation for GCSE exams
  • To manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
  • To collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's wider community

Essential Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one)
