Ryder Reid Legal is an international, boutique law firm client seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Legal Project Manager to join their team on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to legal case teams, researching and managing the priority pipeline for potential cases, and producing data-driven reports for clients, funders, and legal teams.

Job Description:

  • Support partners and legal case teams in monitoring and reporting adherence to Legal Funding Agreements (LFAs) and Case Budgets.
  • Liaise between legal case teams, funders, chambers, experts, and the finance team to ensure efficient delivery of legal matters.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Smart Sheets to support case objectives.
  • Research and manage the priority pipeline for potential cases.
  • Produce data-driven reports for clients, funders, and legal teams.
  • Track budgets vs. actuals and flag variances with finance team support.
  • Lead meetings on case status, billing expectations, and budget updates.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for all LFAs and standardized templates.
  • Supervise and mentor the Project Analyst role.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
