Childrens Home Supervisor

Hargate Healthcare Ltd is a leading provider of children's residential care services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Childrens Home Supervisor to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor to lead our Childrens Home team and work collaboratively with staff, children, and families to deliver exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the home, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
A competitive salary of £14.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep night is offered, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
