Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will be providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Engaging with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and support
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to transport
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support
