About the Job

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Engage clients in activities and hobbies that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the care team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Valid UK driving license and access to transport
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual with a caring and compassionate nature
