We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a Desktop and Server Support Engineer. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support, maintain the integrity of clients' technological infrastructure, and deliver exceptional service that improves customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical services and support to customers
- Maintain and repair hardware and software components
- Work closely with the support desk team to resolve technical issues
- Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions
- Manage installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks for network equipment and workstations
About the Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in computer hardware repair and customer service
- Strong working knowledge of Windows devices, Active Directory, and networking principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
