Role Overview

At Camp Beaumont, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team.

As an Early Years Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating group activities for a multi-activity day camp for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.

You will work closely with the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager to deliver a fantastic programme that falls in line with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate daily activities for 3 and 4-year-olds
  • Work with the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager to deliver a high-quality programme
  • Ensure the well-being of the children under your care

About You:

  • Must be 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Initiative and ability to work independently

Desirable:

  • Previous camp experience
  • Paediatric first aid
