Support Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Educator to join our team at the Early Years Alliance in Camden. As a Support Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality sessions at our Children's Centres, working in partnership with the London Borough of Camden.
Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and delivery of focused and universal sessions, evaluating session activities to encourage parent engagement, and ensuring children reach a good level of development. You will also cover planned and unplanned leave of the coordinator.
Essential criteria include a relevant qualification in Early Years Care and Education, effective communication skills, and knowledge of the EYFS. If you are passionate about supporting children's development and have a strong understanding of early years principles, we encourage you to apply.
