Care Support Specialist

Salary: £18 per hour (£24 on bank holidays and Christmas/New Year), plus guaranteed hours, holiday pay, and pension scheme.
Job Description: As a Care Assistant at Cera Care, you'll be supporting our clients with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. You'll also provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to those we care for.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be kind, a people person, and have excellent communication skills. A driving license and access to a vehicle for work are also required. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
