Senior Care Professional

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Professional to work in a leading healthcare provider in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area.
This exceptional service specialises in a range of care services, including residential care, respite care, dementia care, and convalescence care.
To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
As the Senior Care Professional, your key duties will include:
- Recognising and facilitating the daily needs of residents
- Conducting formal supervisions and appraisals
- Contributing to care planning and coaching support workers
- Representing the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents, and enquiries
- Participating in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation
- Being responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
- Administering medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures
The successful Senior Care Professional will receive a competitive salary of £14.00 per hour and the annual salary is £26,208 per annum.
This position is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week working through day shifts. You will receive a range of benefits, including:
