Job Overview
Macclesfield College is seeking a dedicated and passionate lecturer to join our expanding Health and Social Care Department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to their educational journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and assessing students across various levels, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences. They will be responsible for planning, marketing, and delivering courses that cater to the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet college standards.
  • Assess student work against relevant awarding body criteria.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective quality assurance procedures are in place.
  • Utilize resources effectively to promote positive learning outcomes.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £37,182 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, Macclesfield College offers an attractive benefits package, including 48 days annual leave, two weeks additional leave at Christmas closedown, and more.
