About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Bradford. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with additional learning needs and challenging behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Provide one-to-one support to students in need
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behaviour policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with students with additional learning needs and challenging behaviour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Commitment to the values and mission of Teaching Personnel
