Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. As a key member of our Central Services function, you will provide business critical administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance and Front Office Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. You will be responsible for end-to-end administrative tasks, including data entry, contract administration, and customer service. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts via DocuSign
  • Validation of all Candidate documents submitted during onboarding; Ensuring TRG is fully compliant with all country requirements, wherever our Candidates may be working
  • Data entry to maintain our internal CRM, accounting and timesheet systems
  • Provide quality customer service to Sales teams, Clients and Candidates
  • Assist with processing of Candidate background checks and drug screenings; ensuring that all preplacement requirements and qualifications are met, in line with Client contractual requests
Requirements
  • Administrative experience, ideally in a Sales/Recruitment/Finance/Corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Some experience of CRM/ERP systems e.g: Salesforce & Sage desirable (not essential)
  • Confidence in both written/verbal communication in English (email, IT systems, phone)
