Job Title: Branding Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Branding Lead to join our team at Innovate Healthcare Services. As a key member of our Communications and Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the EPR programme, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert communications and engagement advice and support to programme teams, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and create engaging content for various communication platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications & Business Support to manage and coordinate communications and engagement activities.
  • Represent the Communications and Engagement workstream at programme boards and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in communications and engagement, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and programmes.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare communications and engagement principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a complex organisational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital communications platforms and tools, with the ability to create engaging content for various channels.
