We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our family-run business in Cornwall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including taking and responding to calls and emails, arranging bookings and deliveries, and processing orders and invoices.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, including checking for further orders and taking opportunities to speak with new clients.
  • Assisting with office administration, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
