Job Summary

MacGregor Black is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in electrical maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver strategic plans and objectives.
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support capital engineering projects and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a FMCG environment.
  • Educated to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Apprenticeship-trained or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of PPM, TPM, and CI methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS systems preferred.
