Job Title: Retail Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting sales initiatives in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, window displays, and in-store promotions.
  • Support sales initiatives, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • Perform various in-store activities, including putting out deliveries, maintaining housekeeping standards, and setting up promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
