Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, fixtures, and store appearance.
- Support sales initiatives, including promoting products, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Perform various in-store activities, including merchandising, restocking, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
- Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55.
- Flexible working hours, with the ability to work during the day at times that suit you.
- No weekend working.
