About the Role

The Collateral Administration Associate is a vital member of our Collateral Administration team, responsible for supporting private fund financing deals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deal Oversight and Portfolio Management
    • Manage and oversee a portfolio of private fund financing deals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Perform daily reconciliations of cash flows and asset positions, verifying principal and interest payments.
  2. Trade Settlement and Reconciliation
    • Investigate and resolve post-trade breaks, collaborating with internal teams and external parties.
  3. Coverage and Collateral Quality Testing
    • Conduct financial tests and assessments as required by deal indentures, maintaining accurate deal models.
    • Update portfolio positions, holdings, and cash flows to support reporting accuracy.
  4. Modelling and Reporting
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients, ensuring data integrity and timely completion.
    • Support investment managers by running hypothetical scenarios and facilitating strategic decision-making processes.
  5. Payment Processing and FX Transactions
    • Oversee payments and foreign exchange transactions related to asset purchases, cash cleaning, and invoicing.
  6. Deal Onboarding and Document Review
    • Assist the team in onboarding new deals, setting up assets, and populating global asset data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Fund Financing, CLO Administration, Structured Finance, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with debt portfolio management or similar finance roles.
