Design Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious all-round Designer to join our creative team at Thrive - The Brand + Demand Agency. The role is extremely varied and offers the opportunity to work across many mediums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing creative concepts and design work across both print and digital formats
  • Working on branding, campaigns, design for print, digital/web, storyboarding, animation and video editing
  • Adapting existing artwork and retouching imagery
  • Ensuring work is consistent, accurate and follows client brand guidelines
  • Setting up, managing and archiving artwork files
  • Managing and updating client's brand assets
  • Proofing artwork prior to print and checking printers' proofs
  • Contributing ideas and bringing your own perspective to briefs
  • Collaborating with agency colleagues, harnessing their expertise, learning from them and sharing your own knowledge and ideas
Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator in particular, Adobe XD and AfterEffects ideally
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Critical thinking – applying your knowledge and experience to mitigate risks and ensure smooth delivery of work
  • Flexibility and agility to deal with client demands, you'll need the ability to shift focus and priorities quickly
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and develop personally

We're offering a salary of £27,000 to £29,000 depending on experience, skillset and quality of work.
