We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical services to our patients, working closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for:
- Dispensing and issuing prescriptions, providing advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals as needed
- Working alongside pharmacists to ensure all pharmacy duties are carried out in accordance with legal guidelines and departmental procedures
- Supporting the delivery of medicines optimisation, supply of medicines, dispensing, and issuing medicines, aseptic preparation, and medicines information
