About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Outpatient Pharmacy at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will contribute to the provision of pharmaceutical services, including dispensing and issuing prescriptions, providing advice, and working alongside pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have previous experience in hospital or community pharmacy, with excellent communication and computer skills. You will be responsible for dispensing medicines, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Registration with The General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Previous experience in hospital or community pharmacy
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
