Job Title: IGA/Saviynt Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled IGA/Saviynt Consultant to join our team at iC Consult. As a key member of our Identity Governance team, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, collaborating with senior consultants and architects to implement customer needs, and providing technical support to customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deploy and Configure Saviynt Solutions: Focus on connectors like Active Directory, REST, databases, and SAP based on customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Architects: Implement customer needs, particularly in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, rules, roles, and admin modules within Saviynt.
  3. Provide Technical Support: Engage with customers as needed to provide technical support, gather requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction during project delivery.
  4. Partner with Operations Teams: Troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and manage the handover of completed projects.
  5. Assist in Resolving Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and support product engineering teams and provide level 2 and 3 support for Saviynt IGA and integrated systems.
  6. Configure and Maintain Saviynt Connectors: Especially for third-party integrations via REST services, and resolve issues related to Segregation of Duties (SoD), analytics, workflows, and other key modules.
  7. Support Compliance Efforts: Participate in audits, provide required documentation, and coordinate on incident, change, and problem management tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Saviynt & IAM Experience: 2-5 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and customizing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with specific expertise in Saviynt or similar platforms.
  2. IGA Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of key IGA concepts such as user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, access certification, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and auditing.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, with practical experience in SQL and scripting languages for automation and customization tasks.
  4. Effective Communication: Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment.
  5. Preferred Skills: Saviynt certifications demonstrating advanced proficiency, along with certifications in IAM technologies that reflect deep expertise in the field.
