Job Title: Technical Visitor Administrator

About the Role:
The CK Group is seeking a skilled Technical Visitor Administrator to join their team on an initial 4-month contract basis. This role will be based at one of their client sites in Stevenage and involves administration of Third-Party Contractors for all activities relating to equipment supported across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administration of computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure update and closure of work orders, meeting contractual metrics.
• Coordination with third-party contractors to maintain compliance with work order closure guidelines and contractual metrics.
• Act as first point of contact for Third-Party Contractors, ensuring they follow prescribed procedures.
• Manage EHS & GXP inductions for all Third Party prior to commencement of work.
• Ensure Risk Assessment and Method Statement are in place, with Permit to Work completed, for all areas/job where Third-Party Contractors work.
• Provide documentation for Third-Party Contractors from CMMS database.
• Perform security vetting checks on visiting Third-Party Contractors, adhering to site security procedures.

Required Skills:
• Previous experience in Laboratory or customer service environment, similar role.
• Excellent understanding of Customer Care, knowledge of Life Science Industry and G.xP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
