Mortgage Advisor Role

We are working with a well-established mortgage brokerage based in Hampshire. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will have access to pre-qualified leads and full administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
  • Stay up-to-date on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and other targets

Requirements

  • Previous mortgage advisory experience
  • Fully qualified CeMAP or equivalent
  • Ability to manage workload and stay organised

The company has an excellent culture and a low staff turnover rate. You would work mostly Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts and two late starts per week.
