About the Role

We are seeking a Christmas Sales Support Team Member to join our team in the run up to Christmas and during our End of Season Sale. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your passion for our products, and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. You should also be flexible and willing to work across different areas of the store, including stockrooms and processing deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising on the sales floor
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
  • Support the processing of deliveries and restocking of shelves
About You
