About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers, colleagues, and managers
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team

About You:

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, flexible, and supportive. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, and be happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets.

What's Next:
