As a key member of our Business Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and stability of our Business Systems, acting as an ERP focal point, and providing related 2nd/3rd line support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and resolve Business Systems issues, providing solutions in line with associated controls and procedures.
  2. Maintain key Business Systems by defining and applying relevant configuration, importing/exporting data, and delivering reports.
  3. Contribute to the delivery of an ongoing ERP upgrade via configuration, testing, and feedback reporting, user training, and process documentation.
  4. Produce and maintain process documentation, use change control systems, and define and track issues to a high standard.
  5. Be a point of seniority/escalation for 2 Business Systems Engineers.
  6. Attend process locations and Hydrasun sites as required.

This role requires a strong communicator capable of multi-tasking in respect of engaging with the organisation and Business Systems team to deliver and support key systems.

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies:
  1. Degree in a suitable IT discipline.
  2. Current UK Driving License.
  3. Demonstrable experience in a similar Business Systems role.
  4. Analysis, configuration, integration, maintenance, and support of Business Systems and ERP.
  5. Documentation of Business Systems and ERP process/solutions.
  6. Business Systems and ERP analysis, process design, configuration, deployment, and integration.
  7. 2nd/3rd line Business Systems and ERP support.
  8. Strong interpersonal, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  9. Planning and time management.
Desirable Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies:
  1. Significant experience in a similar senior Business Systems role.
  2. Manufacturing, distribution, and sales Business Systems.
  3. ERP upgrade projects.
  4. Microsoft technology environments.
  5. Understanding of, and experience within project management areas, in the context of implementing and executing improvement.
  6. Experience with Syspro ERP System.
  7. Microsoft SQL Server.
  8. Excel, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
