Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Prepare presentations and pitch materials for client meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry contacts.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&A, debt financing, or relevant advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sectors is essential; experience in emerging markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

£80,000 - £100,000 per annum
