We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porter at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies and other high-traffic spaces.
- Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff in setting up rooms and moving furniture as needed.
- Provide reception services, including booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Run errands and perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Ensure the safety of customers by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or other hazards.
