The opportunity to join our Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance capability is exciting, as you will work across all types of financial institutions to support them navigate and deliver against key market objectives with a focus on Trade & Transaction Reporting and associated market regulations.

Types of Projects

We cover a wide range of projects, including:

  • Supporting clients with regulatory change, impact assessments, implementation support, remediation, control framework & architecture assessments and regtech implementation focused on trade & transaction reporting (e.g. compliance within regulatory obligations against tight deadlines)
  • Delivering on key business change initiatives

To support our clients, we need people who have a deep understanding of capital markets/investment banking coupled with strong change management experience and prior demonstrable success, either as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.

About the Role

This role allows you to deliver as part of a long-term strategic partnership with our clients, whilst developing within a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial business. You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, addressing their biggest challenges.

An understanding of the key market, global and regulatory drivers shaping the industry is essential. You must be able to articulate these by way of opportunities for consulting firms to support the industry.

You will also be responsible for building and leveraging relationships to support growth, balancing client delivery and supporting development of new client opportunities or market propositions with the Capital Markets leadership team.

Fulfil a key role in account and proposition development within Market Domains and Key Client Accounts, assisting senior management to increase revenue. Strong bid management abilities, with a proven ability to mentor and train Consultants, are required.

You will work closely with our clients to build and maintain strong client relationships within the sector, leveraging proven industry content and delivery capability.

Our estimated salary for this position is around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
