Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting the company's vision through excellent service.
- Ensure databases and customer profiles are up-to-date and contain accurate and relevant data, aligning with GDPR.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns.
- Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees.
- Inventory Management
- Manage customer feedback and queries, ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Store Management.
- Participate in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up-to-date.
- Administrative Tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and basic math skills.
