Job Title: Night Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Night Front Desk Agent to join our pre-opening team at Hyde London City. As a Night Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage guest billing, transactions, and reception float with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor guest safety and security, reporting any concerns to the relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Opera or similar front desk operating systems is a plus.
