Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our oversight team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Transfer Agency services and the compliance of our Authorised Funds with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily oversight of Transfer Agency services, ensuring tasks are completed on time and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Document and review departmental procedures to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Engage with the EPFL Relationship Management Team to ensure professional and timely management of dealings with EPFL Sponsors and funds.
  • Conduct oversight of Portfolio Valuation (NAV Production) and Financial Reporting services as required.
  • Support change management activities within the organization to ensure smooth transitions and implementations.
  • Ensure fair treatment of sponsors and end-investors, maintain open and transparent interactions with external entities, and thoroughly investigate breaches.
  • Monitor compliance with EPFL Outsourcing and Delegation policies and provide input to Relationship Management & Business Development teams.
  • Manage records and data according to Group policy and analyze management information to identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience of working with a Transfer Agent.
  • Strong understanding of an ACD's oversight responsibilities.
  • Good knowledge of key industry trends and best practice within the Authorised Funds sector.
  • Experience of operating within the FCA regulatory framework, with a working knowledge and understanding of current legislation and future regulatory developments pertaining to Authorised Funds.
