We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Safety Officer to join our team at Well-Safe Solutions. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees and contractors on HSE policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety cases and SEMS.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
