Generator Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter or Generator Engineer to join our team as a Welfare Unit Technician.
This role involves working on our fleet of welfare units and generators, ensuring they are properly maintained and repaired.
You will work closely with our maintenance team to identify and address any issues, using your technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out routine inspections and servicing of welfare units and generators
- Repairing and replacing faulty components, including electrical systems and running gear
- Conducting electrical testing and certification
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations
Requirements:
You should have extensive experience in mechanical fitting or generator maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
