About the Role
We are advertising for Bank Support Workers to join our growing team at Eastleigh House during an exciting and changing time at the service.
The successful candidate will be joining an established, competent staff team who will support throughout a full induction period, training, mentoring and beyond.
Eastleigh House is a residential service set in large grounds of a quiet area, providing personalised, high-quality, person-centred, safe support for adults with complex needs including Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Ensuring the people we support live happy and fulfilled lives, you will be supporting individuals in line with bespoke preferences and choices to live their best life. This includes:
