We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a Banking sector project in the region. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the project from start to finish, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Directly manage project development, overseeing all aspects of the project
  • Conduct thorough design reviews
  • Procure plant, materials, and labor efficiently
  • Manage technical submittals
  • Oversight of overall cost management
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements
  • Maintain close monitoring of project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle

The successful candidate can expect a remuneration package consisting of:

£70,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a car allowance of £5,000, travel expenses, a bonus scheme, private healthcare, pension, company events, phone, and laptop.
