**About the Role**

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Effectiveness Lead to join our team at Major Players | B Corp®. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all retail marketing and point-of-sale (POS) initiatives, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience when shopping in our stores across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement effective in-store marketing campaigns and activities to support in-store sales conversion and customer journey
* Manage all POS production and implementation of all in-store communications with the support of a direct report
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to drive business results
