About The Role

We are seeking an experienced general manager to join our team at the Flint Cottage pub in a vibrant town centre location. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff, customers, and finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and maintain the overall performance of the pub, ensuring it meets the company's targets and standards
  • To lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring where necessary
  • To deliver excellent customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • To manage the financial performance of the pub, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, as required by the company

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have significant experience of managing a busy pub, with a strong track record of delivering results and achieving targets. You should be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £42,500 per annum, plus machine income. You can also expect a range of benefits, including a competitive bonus structure and opportunities for career development within the company.
