Change and Release Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Change and Release Analyst to join our team at Newcastle Building Society, a leading financial services organization. As a Change and Release Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT changes and releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain IT change and release management processes and procedures
  • Coordinate software changes between environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Facilitate the implementation of change and release strategies, driving business value and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT changes and releases
  • Monitor and report on change and release metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions
