About the Role

Skechers USA Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable customer experience and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
Store Operations
  • Assist with the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure that all store systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Team Development
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store employees.
  • Coach and mentor store employees to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional customer service.
Business Results
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  1. Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
