Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Skechers U.S.A., Inc. in Manchester, United Kingdom.

About the Role

  • As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in creating a memorable customer experience by supporting our day-to-day store operations and developing our store employees.
  • You will be responsible for championing the brand, delivering an amazing customer experience, and assisting with managing store scheduling needs.
  • Additionally, you will act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers.
  • You will also ensure strong operational processes and routines that drive profitability and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate store employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with managing store inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Act as a liaison between the store and corporate office, communicating store needs and feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
